Peggy Oki

A talented watercolor artist, Peggy is one of the first people we contacted when we were opening Jackalope Trading Company. We carry her prints, note cards, and a select few of her amazing framed original watercolor paintings.

Peggy is really quite awe-inspiring. She is an activist for Cetaceans (Whales and Dolphins), a surfer, an inductee into the Skateboarding Hall of Fame, a rock climber, an artist, and a dear friend.

A note from Peggy:

"While surfing and climbing are great physical expression combined with visual and soulful experiences; making art for me is a great visual and soulful expression combined with the physical experience of painting. Whether in my studio or outdoors in a natural setting, these passions complement each other, and my attention is shared between them to create a balance that I liken to the natural subjects that inspire me."
